MOV´IT® was able to finish this beautiful motorsports weekend sucessfully in many ways. Aside from plenty of interessed visitors, several vehicles equiped with MOV´IT® braking systems celebrated their results:

Rothe-Motorsport was not only able to achieve a lap-time of 1:10,75 min with former touring car champion Markus Gedlich driving their Golf VI R20, but they also recieved first place in the 2-Litre-Turbo Series. Congratulations!

After his sucess, pro-racer and driving coach Markus Gedlich (www.gedlich.com) expressed his upmost satisfaction towards the MOV´IT® braking systems:

„I am very happy about this amazing victory. I drove the 4-cylinder Golf R20 from (www.rothe-motorsport.de) and I had to give my best to beat the strong competition, of which a part had better and more powerful cars. But the overall package from Rothe was the best: manoeuvrable, plenty of traction and super brakes – that’s how you win races, or better yet, the Tuner GP.

In the run-up we did some tests with the Rothe-Golf and in the process we worked on the chassis and the processing of the motor. The brakes recieved the least attention from all the components, because from the moment the MOV’IT®-System was mounted, they always showed only postive results. A hard and extactly defined pressure point, zero fading and simply a feeling of confidence. And the results also showed us that the braking distances were level with Porsche. Absolutely unbelievable!

I can only say thanks, because MOV’IT® played a significant role in helping us make our car ready for the win and in doing so, helping us get the desired prize cup.“

Driftlegend Remmo Niezen lived up to his reputation with the famous Falken BMW E30. He won in the qualifyings and afterwards in the Twin Battle.

Before the races some MOV´IT® collegues had the oppurtunity to take a spin with Remmo Niezen and his Falken-Partner Lars Verbraeken ein their cars. An unforgettable experience, leading to a concordant conclusion: Drift is the art of controlling a car. Lars Verbraeken finished the weekend with fourth place in the qualifyings and in the Twin Battle – also a good result, seeing as the competition is always getting better and stronger.
