| The Gamma Coupe club Italia had organised a wonderful meeting in the honor of the 25 Years of this unique car. Owners of UK, Danmark, Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Italy enjoyed the Italian hospitality In Turin, visiting also Pininfarina and the Lancia museum. We were honered by the presence of Aldo Brovarone, designer of the Gamma, Mike Robinson, chief designer of Lancia, Pietro Camardella, chief designer of Fiat, Enrico Masala, chief of Lancia.On the way home, Wolfram and I let the Gamma "fly" even up to 1700 m in the Swiss Alpes. I became friend with my Gamma, adjusted the mixture and timing, and got aware after 2000 km with the new, and improved engine that this car has outstanding qualities as to long distance comfort, engine performance and especially road holding |
