Setter (m/f/d) for CNC lathes

Our permanent goal is to create the technical, personnel and organizational prerequisites for meeting the requirements and wishes of our customers from the automotive and defence industries to the highest degree in order to be able to master the challenges of the changing markets together with them in a creative and dynamic process.

Your tasks:

• Conversion and set-up of CNC-controlled machines (DMG)
• Creation of tool plans
• Recognizing and solving production-related problems
• Maintaining production documents
• Maintenance, care, inspection and servicing of equipment such as machines and tools
• Inspection of product quality as part of the factory self-inspection

Your qualifications:

• Experience in setting up CNC machines
• Completed training as a cutting machine operator or relevant professional experience
• Willingness to work in 2 or 3 shifts
• Structured work, independently and as part of a team
• Safe handling of measuring equipment and technical documentation such as drawings and test plans.
• Experience in programming Siemens control systems is an advantage
