Effective ventilation system for greater fading resistance
Brake discs with a greatly increased surface area ensure optimum heat regulation, perfect functionality and minimized wear. This works thanks to the largest possible brake disk diameter, thicker material thickness and intelligently arranged cross holes.
Efficient heat dissipation by means of an open brake pad baffle
In addition to the brake disk ventilation system, the open design of the brake pad backing enables very good cooling. This creates ideal performance conditions in the optimum temperature range throughout the brake system.
Intelligent piston design for uniform heat transfer
By using pistons of different sizes, the pressure is optimally distributed over the entire brake pad surface, resulting in better grip and less local overheating. This technology offers both safety and comfort-related advantages, especially in demanding driving situations.
Torsion-resistant material for extreme braking force
For our heavy-duty braking systems, we rely on uncompromising top quality when it comes to the materials used. Aluminum 7075, which is also frequently used in aviation, as well as cast iron and steel offer unmistakable rigidity and ensure maximum stability, thermal conductivity and therefore fading safety during the braking manoeuvre.
Loss-free brake force transmission with the steel flex brake lines
We only use Teflon-coated steel flex brake lines. Their high compressive rigidity enables more efficient brake force transmission and therefore precise brake response.

MOV'IT on-demand production
Each high-performance brake system is individually manufactured by us. As soon as the order appears in our system, the delivery time is approx. 10-12 weeks.
We have standard replacement brakes in stock and can usually ship them within 3 weeks.
Fast response options
Our flexible organizational structure enables us to respond quickly to your requests. We can also produce prototypes for you in the shortest possible time. Small series or custom-made products are not uncommon and are also processed by us with the necessary care.

Our heavy-duty brake systems are suitable for vehicles in the special protection area up to 7.5 tons. Brake callipers, brake discs and brake pads are optimally matched to each other. We achieve the basis for the extreme braking force of the system by using a highly torsion-resistant material. The brake housing is therefore usually made of cast iron and the brake pistons of steel.
The intelligent piston design ensures an optimum ratio between brake pressure and braking force, while retaining the original brake fluid volume. In addition, the brake pads are pressed evenly against the disc over the entire pad length, which has a positive effect on wear behavior.
Our brake systems include brake calipers, brake discs, brake pads and steel flex brake hoses.
INNOVATION
The innovative plug & play system enables uncomplicated installation and rapid deployment by using the original interfaces of the base vehicle. The complete solution for the front and rear axle ensures optimum brake force distribution, while the integration of the electric parking brake offers maximum convenience. No additional mounting parts are required.
The performance of the complete solution has already been confirmed by vehicle homologation in protection class VR9.
Other concepts, e.g. for Mercedes G-Model or VW Crafter, are already ready for series production. Applications for alternative vehicles can be realized in the short term.
