Efficient MOV'IT DDE ventilation system for greater fading safety
The innovative MOV'IT DDE system (Double Directional Evolvent System) is a double directional ventilation system and offers incomparable heat dissipation with an 80 % larger surface area compared to other brake discs. To achieve this, our brake discs have the largest possible diameter, are thicker and - for optimum cooling - have intelligently arranged cross holes. This significantly reduces the temperature of the brake disc and achieves outstanding deceleration performance.
Rapid heat dissipation thanks to the open design of the brake pad backing plate
Our brakes have an open brake pad design which, together with the MOV'IT DDE system, enables very good heat dissipation.
Progressive piston diameter for even brake pad wear
The different piston diameters are precisely matched to the vehicle in order to press the brake pad evenly against the disc. This ensures less local overheating and even wear of the brake pads. For a safe driving experience at all times.
Unparalleled stability thanks to brake callipers with a long design
Thanks to their long design, our sports brake callipers have optimized stability and are made of the high-strength aluminium alloy 7075, which is also used in aircraft construction, among other things. The material has excellent properties in terms of homogeneity and rigidity. After machining, the saddle halves are hard anodized and painted.

The brake systems manufactured by MOV'IT include brake callipers, brake discs, brake pads and brake hoses.
At the heart of all our high-performance sports brake systems is the two-piece brake caliper made of high-strength 7075 aluminum alloy, which is also used in aircraft construction, among other things. Its long design allows the use of maximum disc sizes and results in significantly improved rigidity and an extended contact surface of the brake pad.
The piston staggering is vehicle-specific and progressive, ensuring that the pad is pressed exactly parallel to the disk. This results in uniform heat transfer, reduced system temperature and low, even wear.
Our brake callipers also include the MOV'IT CROWN system for securely fixing the brake line and the MOV'IT RAPAD-X system, which enables the brake pads to be changed quickly without removing the calliper from the bracket.
